Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Place your order in the app or H5 page, pay online, and pick up when the status shows ready. This helps you skip the queue during peak hours.
Select the pickup store, choose a pickup time if offered, complete payment, and wait for the Order Ready notice.
Arrive with your order number or QR confirmation. If you need to adjust arrival time, contact the store before kitchen preparation starts whenever possible.
