How do I place an order with G-SHOP?
Open the G-SHOP app or scan the store / table QR code, browse the menu, add items to your cart, confirm options, and check out. You can also place an order at the cashier counter with staff assistance.
Start by choosing the ordering channel that fits your visit: the mobile app, an H5 page, a table or counter QR code, or ordering directly with staff.
Browse categories, select modifiers (size, spice level, add-ons), and add items to your cart. Review the cart total, apply any available coupon or points, then confirm payment.
After checkout, track order status on screen or via push notifications until pickup or table service is complete.
